FSC Home Solutions Inc. is seeking an organized, energetic, and customer-focused Administrative Assistant to join our growing home remodeling company. The ideal candidate will have experience in the home improvement industry and strong administrative, marketing, and customer service skills.
Responsibilities
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls professionally
- Schedule appointments, consultations, and project meetings
- Provide excellent customer service to homeowners and clients
- Assist with office administration and daily operations
- Manage and update social media accounts, including Facebook and Instagram
- Assist with advertising and marketing campaigns
- Maintain customer records and project information
- Support the sales and project management teams
- Prepare documents, emails, and reports as needed
Qualifications
- Experience in the home remodeling, construction, or home improvement industry preferred
- Experience with social media marketing, Facebook, Instagram, and online advertising
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Office and email management
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Bilingual (English/Portuguese/Spanish) is a plus
