We are seeking a dynamic Payroll Specialist and HR Assistant to join our team. Qualifications
- Payroll experience 5 years
- Certified Payroll / Prevailing Wage Compliance experience (Required)
- HR Administrative support experience
Responsibilities
- This role is responsible for collecting time, processing payroll, certified payroll and
compliance reporting in a fast-paced aggregate company
- Maintain accurate payroll records and documentation
- Prepare and submit certified payroll reports in compliance with NYS prevailing wage laws, submit them to NYSDOL website and to contractor
- Ensure compliance with prevailing wage rates and wage determinations
- Process payroll taxes and submit quarterly tax returns for multi-states
- Support HR manager with on- boarding new employees and yearly open enrollments.
Pay: $28.12 - $29.62 per hour
