Description This position provides informational, analytical, and administrative support to the FS Curtis Sales team. This position requires multi-tasking and timely completion of tasks in coordination and collaboration. Position primarily gathers, analyses, organizes, and distributes sales, product, and market information. Position also assists the VP of Sales with strategic planning, policy creation and implementation, and communication. Key ResponsibilitiesGathers and analyses information from multiple data sources to support the strategic planning processAssists sales team with generation and distribution of relevant reportsCreate and conduct market surveys to fill knowledge gaps and support sales managementCreate reports and presentations that clearly communicate any insights or conclusions gained through researchMeasure performance of key initiatives and provide actionable recommendations for improvementAssist VP of Sales with the strategic planning processSupervisory Responsibilities: This position has no supervisory responsibility.Skills, Knowledge and ExpertiseComputer skills required: Working knowledge of the latest Microsoft Office software including Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook, Access, and Power BIUnderstanding of basic statistics and quantitative decision makingFirm commitment to excellence and high standardsStrong verbal and written communications skills including ability to listen attentively and to communicate information clearly and effectivelyInterpersonal savvy; able to collaborate and work closely with other departments and leadershipExcellent time-management skills with demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects at a time while meeting deadlinesDetail oriented and highly organized with the ability to prioritize duties and responsibilitiesSelf-motivated, resourceful and adaptable; able to work independently within team focused environmentAbility to follow established policies and procedures Education: Bachelor’s Degree (BA) in Business, Statisics, or Finance Experience: Minimum of three-years working for a B-to-B industrial company
