Lead HVAC Installer Requirements:
- 3 years of residential HVAC installation experience
- Ability to complete high quality, performance based installations
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Positive attitude and dependable work ethic
- Experience installing gas furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, ductless systems, and geothermal systems
- Commitment to delivering an excellent customer experience
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen
- EPA certification required
