What YOU will be responsible for as an HVAC Technician:
- Providing EXCEPTIONAL service to our customers
- Diagnosing, repairing, installing, maintaining HVAC units and their components in residential applications
- Informing and educating customers about their systems and additional services we provide to benefit them
- Traveling to job sites and working closely with our dispatch team to keep customers informed throughout the process
- Learning the Frymire HVAC Technician Method (Don’t worry, we will train you to be successful!)
HVAC Technician Qualifications:
5 years of residential HVAC service experience minimum
Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills across heating and cooling systems
Knowledge of the technician turnover process, including identifying replacement opportunities and transitioning qualified leads to a comfort advisor
Experience presenting repair and replacement options clearly to homeowners
Strong customer communication and relationship building skills
Ability to complete system diagnostics and document findings accurately
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
- Must be able to access attics and tight spaces safely

NATE Certification preferred (but not required)
