Duties

- Operate Square POS systems for order processing and cash handling.
- Provide excellent customer service by taking orders, answering questions, and addressing customer needs.
- Upsell menu items to enhance the dining experience and increase sales.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the kitchen and dining areas.
- Handle cash transactions accurately while adhering to food safety regulations.
- Assist with bussing tables and ensuring a tidy restaurant environment.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and service.
- Follow proper food handling procedures to maintain quality and safety.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a restaurant or quick service/fast food environment is not necessary.
- Strong time management skills to efficiently handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting.
- Basic math skills for cash handling and retail math applications.
- Knowledge of food safety practices and sanitation standards.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests.
