Duties
- Operate POS systems efficiently to process sales transactions accurately
- Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional customer service
- Handle cash, credit, and debit card payments with precision and integrity
- Assist customers with product inquiries, product demos, and upselling opportunities
- Maintain merchandising standards by stocking shelves and organizing displays
- Conduct product demos when applicable to enhance customer engagement
- Ensure the sales area is clean, organized, and well-stocked throughout the shift
- Manage inventory levels and assist with stock replenishment as needed
- Uphold phone etiquette when answering inquiries or assisting customers over the phone
- Support supervising staff during busy periods and contribute to team goals
Qualifications
- Familiarity with POS systems and basic math skills
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to perform cashiering duties accurately while maintaining efficiency
