As a Junior Business Development Representative at Fruselva, you’ll play a key role in the expansion and success of our business. Your main goal will be to identify and attract new clients while maintaining strong relationships with existing ones. You’ll collaborate with the team to develop effective sales strategies and ensure sustained growth of our accounts.
💼 Your responsibilities will include:
- Prospecting and lead generation
- Presenting and developing new products for potential and existing clients
- Closing sales deals and meeting commercial targets
- Managing and maintaining long-term client relationships, ensuring exceptional service
- Preparing regular reports on sales progress and new opportunities
- Contributing ideas and strategies to improve customer experience and optimize sales processes
🎯 Who are we looking for?
- Experience in account management or business development, preferably in the food sector or food manufacturing
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Results-oriented mindset and ability to manage multiple accounts
- Familiarity with CRM, MS Office, and ERP systems
- Positive, proactive attitude with a desire to learn and grow in sales
- Experience providing customer-focused solutions
- Degree in Business Administration, Sales, or related fields
- English and Spanish required
