Responsibilities
- Assist in managing classroom behavior through effective behavior management techniques and positive reinforcement strategies.
- Help maintain a safe, organized, and inclusive classroom environment that promotes early childhood development, literacy education, math skills, and social-emotional growth.
- Support toddlers, preschoolers, and early learners in their daily routines including childcare activities and preschool curriculum implementation.
Experience
- Prior experience working with children in early childhood education settings or classrooms is highly preferred.
- Knowledge of childhood development principles and classroom management techniques is essential.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with children, families, and team members are required.
