Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Recruit applicants for truck drivers; primarily over the phone
- Schedule and make arrangements for drivers to report for orientation
- Assemble and mail out promotional material
- Occasionally visit training schools, attend trade shows & travel promoting KLLM
- Responsible for applicant data input
Minimum Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years college or 2 years work related experience within the trucking industry
- Familiar with industry, state, and federal hiring requirements
- Strong interpersonal skills and initiative
- Demonstrate strong communications skills, both written and oral
- Basic PC skills required
- Ability to multi-task
