Position Overview
We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Sales Administrative Intern to support our growing sales efforts. This role is ideal for someone interested in sales, marketing, and entrepreneurship who wants hands-on experience in building client relationships and supporting a scaling brand.
You will play a key role in managing communication, nurturing leads, coordinating outreach, and supporting sales operations from behind the scenes and occasionally in person.
Duration: Summer Internship (with potential to extend)

Key Responsibilities
Sales Support & Communication
- Monitor and manage sales-related inboxes
- Respond to inbound inquiries from potential clients in a timely, professional manner
- Track and organize conversations with leads and customers
- Assist in drafting and sending follow-up emails
- Maintain consistent communication with prospective and existing clients
Lead Generation & Outreach
- Research and identify potential clients (bars, restaurants, hotels, caterers, retailers)
- Build and maintain lead lists in a CRM or spreadsheet
- Conduct cold outreach via email and social media (with guidance/templates)
- Support outbound campaigns and promotions
- Identify new opportunities for partnerships and wholesale accounts
Client Relationship Management
- Follow up with leads at different stages of the sales funnel
- Help nurture relationships with existing customers
- Assist in onboarding new clients
- Gather feedback from customers and report insights to the team
Sample & Order Coordination
- Prepare and coordinate sending product samples to prospective clients
- Track sample shipments and follow up for feedback
- Assist with order processing and coordination as needed
- Ensure timely communication regarding orders and inventory availability
Event & Field Support
- Assist in identifying relevant local events, trade shows, and conferences
- Attend events (when applicable) to support sales efforts
- Represent the brand professionally in networking settings
- Help capture leads and follow up post-event
Administrative & Operational Support
- Maintain organized records of leads, outreach, and communications
- Update CRM systems or tracking documents regularly
- Assist in creating sales materials (one-pagers, decks, etc.)
- Support general sales operations and workflow improvements
Preferred Qualifications
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Interest in sales, marketing, hospitality, or startups
- Comfortable with email communication and outreach
- Self-starter who can take initiative and follow through
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks
- Familiarity with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets) and/or CRM tools is a plus
- Interest in food, beverage, or hospitality industry is a bonus
Salary : $15 - $17
