Froth Coffeehouse is looking for an Assistant Manager to help lead our team and continue building a space that feels thoughtful, welcoming, and consistent every single day.
This role is for someone who has barista experience and is ready to step into more responsibility — someone who notices the little things, cares deeply about people, and takes pride in creating a really great experience for both guests and team members.
What you’ll do:
- Support day-to-day shop operations alongside ownership
- Lead shifts and help set the tone for hospitality and team culture
- Train and support baristas
- Jump in wherever needed — bar, floor, behind the scenes
- Help maintain consistency in drinks, service, and overall experience
What we’re looking for:
- Previous barista experience (required)
- Strong attention to detail
- A natural sense of hospitality — you genuinely enjoy taking care of people
- Someone dependable, steady, and team-oriented
- A positive presence during both calm and busy shifts
