We are a small team seeking an experienced Cake Decorator.
New team members should be energetic, reliable, comfortable with the fast pace and physical demands of food service, enjoy making quality treats, and like task-oriented work.

Qualifications
- One year professional cake decorating, baking, or equivalent education required.
- Consistent employment history and verifiable references.
- Ability to focus and stay committed to each task.
- Familiarity with food safety and sanitation requirements.
- Desire to learn and grow and ability to give and accept feedback.
- Must be over 18 years of age.
Basic Requirements
- be able to read and follow high volume recipes
- able to lift 25lb regularly and, with help, up to 50lb
- able to stand all day
- communicates well with co-workers and managers
- ensures shift lists are accomplished and assists co-workers as needed
Expectations
- Building and decorating cakes and cookies consistently and with care and attention to detail.
- Follow order form instructions precisely and efficiently.
- Prepare and pack wholesale and retail orders.
- Monitor quality, plan production, and get the day's work done.
- Clean. Every team member keeps their work station and equipment clean, washes dishes, mops, sweeps, and takes out the trash and recycling.
- Communicate. Give and follow verbal and written directions.
- Report to work on time, in clean, appropriate clothing and footwear. Nails need to be trimmed and polish-free. Perfume, cologne, and scented lotions may not be worn during food production and food service.
- Must be able to stand for the duration of the shift, be able to lift 25 to 50 pounds, and be comfortable with repetitive tasks.
