Our systems replace cold plunges and cryochambers with cleaner, safer, and more efficient cold environments—designed for commercial facilities, sports teams, and high-performance wellness spaces.
We’re hiring a high-energy Business Development Specialist to engage inbound leads, qualify projects, and drive new business opportunities. This role combines relationship-building, detailed project vetting, and consistent outbound outreach (≈40 calls/day). You’ll manage every detail in our CRM, collaborate with marketing, and occasionally travel to trade shows and key accounts.
What You’ll Do
• Connect with inbound customers to understand needs and gather project data
• Vet and qualify leads—ensuring all specs, budgets, and timelines are captured
• Maintain precise CRM records and follow through with prospects
• Conduct outbound outreach to qualified leads and nurture relationships
• Communicate technical product details with clarity and confidence
• Represent FrostLocker at key events and client meetings
