As a Trust Securities Operations Specialist II with Frost, you are our support, by processing and administrating various task to ensure a seamless trust securities experience. In this role, you will use your meticulous mind-set and time management skills to create and analyze statements and reports as well as deliver and transfer securities. What You’ll Do
- Create and analyze statements and reports
- May handle dividends and disbursements
- Establish cost basis of securities
- Determine market value of assets and accruals when necessary
- Follow up on unsettled items with trust department, brokers, other banks, and transfer agents
- Responsible for delivery and transfer of securities
- Research asset data when incomplete data has been supplied
- Maintain documentation records
- Verifies all trades and transactions for accuracy
- Always take action using Integrity, Caring, and Excellence to achieve all-win outcomes
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft applications
- 1 years of relevant experience
- Associate degree in related field or equivalent experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Knowledge of trust securities
