Who you are: As a Trust Securities Operations Supervisor with Frost, you are a trust leader, responsible for identifying the need for, establishing, and maintaining adequate controls necessary to protect Trust customers and assets. In this role, you will use your meticulous mind-set and time management skills to ensure compliance with bank policies and regulatory laws. If leading a team excites you, you’ll have the opportunity to guide and assist personnel with research and resolution of trading, dividends, reorganization, classification, asset pricing, and custodian exceptions with our signature all-win approach in mind. What you’ll do: Identify the need for, establish, and maintain adequate controls necessary to protect Trust customers and assets Ensure confidentiality of customer and bank information Ensure compliance with bank policies and regulatory laws Guide and assist personnel with research and resolution of trading, dividends, reorganization, classification, asset pricing, and custodian exceptions Stay abreast of industry trends Assist department manager with issues concerning staffing, performance appraisals, promotions, salary recommendations, and terminations Always take action using Integrity, Caring, and Excellence to achieve all-win outcomes What you’ll need: Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience or equivalent combination of education and experience 6 years trust operations experience Knowledge of securities regulations, trading, and income Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proficient in Microsoft computer applications Additional Preferred Skills: 10 years trust operations experience Our Benefits: At Frost, we care about your health, your family, and your future and strive to have our benefits reflect that.
