Job Overview
Frost is looking for a motivated, dependable, and customer-focused Manager to lead daily operations and create an outstanding guest experience. Duties
- Lead and motivate the retail team to meet and exceed sales goals through effective management and coaching
- Oversee daily store operations including inventory management, merchandising, and cash handling processes
- Recruit, interview, and onboard new employees to build a high-performing team aligned with company standards
- Conduct employee orientation, training & development sessions to enhance team skills and product knowledge
- Manage scheduling, shift management, and payroll processing to ensure smooth operational flow
- Implement inventory control measures, pricing strategies, and stock replenishment procedures
- Maintain excellent customer service standards by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive shopping experience
Requirements
- Proven experience in retail store management or supervisory roles within the retail industry sales team management experience preferred
- Strong skills in, purchasing, and basic math for accurate cash handling and inventory control
- Excellent communication skills
- Demonstrated leadership with supervising experience in retail environments; ability to manage teams effectively
- Knowledge of POS systems, retail math, merchandising, and operational management practices
- Exceptional interpersonal skills including phone etiquette, managerial communication, and customer service excellence
