American Freight in Independence is looking for a motivated, sales-driven Assistant Store Manager who wants to lead by example, help drive store performance, and take pride in winning as a team.

What You'll Do:
- Lead by example on the sales floor and actively engage with customers.
- Drive sales performance and help the team work toward store goals.
- Coach, motivate, and support sales associates to reach their potential.
- Help manage daily store operations and maintain a strong customer experience.
- Assist with showroom presentation, inventory organization, and store standards.
- Assist with unloading deliveries and loading customer purchases, including lifting heavy items.
What We're Looking For:
- Retail, sales, or management experience preferred.
- A strong desire to sell, succeed, and exceed expectations.
- Someone who genuinely enjoys interacting with customers and building relationships.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

- Full-time availability, including weekends.
