Who you are: As a Treasury Management Implementation Liaison, you are the intermediary, bridging the needs of treasury management, operations, relationship managers, and other technical areas. You’ll help support these groups to ensure customers have a seamless treasury connect experience with our signature all-win approach in mind. In this role, you are the expert on all the latest treasury products, policies, and information to best serve your team and customers. You will use your analytical skills, collaborative personality and desire to build relationships to identify areas in need of improvement and opportunities for service expansion. What you’ll do: Collaborate with business and operations areas in order to smoothly and efficiently on-board new relationships Obtain required service request documents and/or agreements, as well as review/rectify any discrepancies. Submit requests to technical areas for system set up Assist customers with their inquiries and advise them on how to obtain the appropriate service Resolve issues with Treasury services as well as identify enhancements and cross-selling opportunities Maintain current knowledge of products, policies, operations, and other key Treasury Management information Assist with and support all Treasury Management Customer Service and Training projects/activities Always take action using Integrity, Caring, and Excellence to achieve all-win outcomes What you’ll need: 2 years of experience in treasury management, banking operations, or other relevant field Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proficient in Microsoft computer applications Additional Preferred Skills: 3 years customer service experience Our Benefits: At Frost, we care about your health, your family, and your future and strive to have our benefits reflect that.
