Who you are: As an IT Strategy Consultant, you are our inventive strategist, utilizing your high level of expertise to help create strategies that achieve our corporate goals. You will help bring value to the organization by shaping and executing Frost’s IT strategies, ensuring alignment with our core values. What you’ll do: Serve as a trusted thought partner to IT leadership and key liaison across direct reports and internal stakeholders, maintaining a high level of confidentiality and discretion Lead and coordinate strategic initiatives and special projects such as compliance & risk assessments, reorganizations, and departmental transformations Participate in budget planning, forecasting, expense modeling, and contract negotiation Develop, document, and implement operational processes and procedures to improve team performance and collaboration Represent IT leadership in internal and cross-functional meetings when necessary, ensuring effective communication, goal alignment, and follow-through on action items Cultivate strong relationships with department leaders, peers, and key business stakeholders across business units, maintaining clear line of sight on departmental initiatives, performance, and needs Conduct research and analysis on operational and project data to provide insights and support leadership’s strategic planning Organize leadership team meeting agendas, facilitate planning sessions, contribute to budget and resource allocation as needed Coordinate hiring process and close gaps between Resource Managers, HR, staffing agencies, and IT leadership Always take action using Integrity, Caring, and Excellence to achieve all-win outcomes What you’ll need: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience 5 years of experience in program management, operations, or strategic execution; preferably in IT or related discipline Experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach Demonstrated ability to lead large-scale projects and manage competing priorities Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft computer applications Additional Preferred Skills: Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification Certified Scrum Master (CSM) Certification Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) Our Benefits: At Frost, we care about your health, your family, and your future and strive to have our benefits reflect that.
