Customer Service Coordinator (In-Office)

FrontStreet Facility Solutions is growing and looking for motivated, people-oriented team members to join our fast-paced, team-based office.
What You’ll Do:
- Handle customer inquiries and concerns
- Coordinate service requests with clients and vendors nationwide
- Manage multiple tasks while ensuring timely, accurate resolutions
What We’re Looking For:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong written and spoken English
- Computer literate with solid typing skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Comfortable working in-office (this is not a remote role)
- Team-oriented, detail-focused, and calm under pressure
Schedule:
- Full-time
- Monday–Friday, 9:30 AM–6:00 PM
- One late night per week: 10:30 AM–7:00 PM
- Weekend overtime available
Pay & Benefits:
- $17.50–$20.00/hour (based on experience)
