Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Strong written and spoken English
- Computer literate with solid typing skills
- Excellent communication skills – you’ll be speaking with clients and vendors from all over the U.S.
- Comfortable working in an office – we're located in Bohemia, Long Island (this is not a remote role)
- Team player – open to diverse personalities and backgrounds
- Calm under pressure – we’re fast-paced, and things don’t always go as planned
- Detail-oriented multitasker – you’ll be managing customer inquiries, service requests, and ensuring resolutions are timely and effective
- Available to work:
- Monday–Friday, 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM
- One late night per week: 10:30 AM – 7:00 PM
- Weekend overtime available
