Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative and clerical support to attorneys and legal assistants
- Prepare, format, and proofread legal documents and correspondence
- Scan, file, and maintain electronic and physical client records
- Coordinate internal document processing and workflow requests
- Manage copying, binding, and organization of transactional materials
- Provide backup support to practice groups as needed
- Assist with scheduling and general administrative tasks
- Support office-wide initiatives and team projects

Qualifications
- 2 years of prior law firm experience required
- Experience must be within a corporate, transactional, or business
- Backgrounds primarily in high-volume plaintiff practices
- Professional services experience required
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel)
- Familiarity with document management systems preferred
- Experience in a mid-size or large law firm environment preferred
