Location: Grand Rapids / West Michigan
Pay: $18-$22 per hour (based on experience) overtime opportunities
Frontline Mitigation provides emergency water damage mitigation, structural drying, mold remediation, and throughout West Michigan. We are seeking motivated individuals who enjoy hands-on work, helping customers, and working in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Respond to water damage emergencies
- Extract standing water using professional equipment
- Set up and monitor air movers, dehumidifiers, and air scrubbers
- Perform demolition of damaged building materials when necessary
- Take moisture readings and document drying progress
- Maintain accurate job documentation and photos
- Communicate professionally with homeowners, property managers, and insurance representatives
- Maintain company vehicles and equipment
- Participate in an on-call rotation for after-hours emergencies
Requirements
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Ability to lift 75 pounds
- Ability to work nights, weekends, and emergency call-outs when scheduled
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Construction, restoration, or mitigation experience preferred but not required
Preferred Certifications
- IICRC WRT (Water Restoration Technician)
- IICRC ASD (Applied Structural Drying)
- Mold remediation experience
- Xactimate experience
