Frontline Mitigation is looking for an experienced Lead Water Mitigation Technician to join our team. We’re building a company focused on professionalism, urgency, quality work, and strong customer communication.
Responsibilities
- Lead water mitigation and emergency response
- Set up drying equipment, monitor drying progress, and document jobs
- Perform water extraction, demolition, and cleanup
- Communicate with customers, and team members professionally
- Train and guide technicians on job sites
- Ensure jobs are completed safely and efficiently
- Use moisture meters, thermal cameras, and restoration equipment
- Complete daily documentation and photos
Requirements
- Water mitigation/restoration experience preferred
- IICRC certifications are a plus
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in demanding environments
- Strong work ethic and leadership skills
- On-call availability for emergency services
