Schedule & Flexibility
We understand that every nurse's life is different. We are offering three flexible schedule tracks for this assignment:
- Full Time: 3 shifts per week (3x12)
- Part Time: 2 shifts per week (2x12)
- Per Diem: 1 shift per week (1x12)
Compensation & Benefits

- Competitive Pay Rates
- California Overtime Rules Apply:
- Time-and-a-half (1.5x) after 40 hours/week.
- Double Time (2.0x) after 12 hours in a single shift.

Requirements & Qualifications
- Licensure: Must possess a valid Temporary or Permanent California State Registered Nurse License.
- Certifications:
- BLS: Basic Life Support certification is required upon hire.
- ACLS: Advanced Cardiac Life Support is required (or must be obtained within six months of hire).
- PALS: Pediatric Advanced Life Support is required within six months of hire (if working in the Emergency Department).
- TNCC: Trauma Nursing Core Course is preferred (if working in the Emergency Department).
- Professional Skills:
- Must demonstrate strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with the care team.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic healthcare environment.
