We are looking for a part-time Fractional Group Manager to help support our senior leadership team in our manufacturing and distribution facilities. This person will run leadership meetings, help keep leaders on track with their responsibilities, and support a positive, growth-focused workplace.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and organize senior leadership meetings.
- Make sure each leader understands their responsibilities and follows through.
- Keep track of action items and deadlines.
- Help improve communication across departments.
- Support supervisors and managers in developing their teams.
- Identify areas where the organization can work more smoothly.
- Use technology and simple tools to keep information organized and easy to follow.
- Encourage a workplace where employees at all levels can learn and grow.
Qualifications
- Experience in organizational development, leadership support, or people management.
- Comfortable working with leadership teams in a manufacturing setting (preferred).
- Dyehouse and/or textile manufacturing management experience (a plus).
- Strong communication skills.
- Able to keep others accountable in a respectful way.
- Good with technology and basic business tools.
- Experience working in a part-time or consulting capacity is helpful.
