• Manage incoming calls, messages, and patient inquiries

• Confirm and schedule appointments to support strong patient flow

• Verify insurance, collect copays, and monitor outstanding balances

• Present financial options for treatment plans

• Update patient records with accuracy and attention to detail

• Upload and process X-rays and doctor referrals
