Were seeking experienced customer service professionals to support homeowners with mortgage payments, escrow, payoff requests, website assistance, and general account questions.

Youll handle a combination of inbound and outbound calls, providing clear guidance and making important financial conversations feel more manageable.

• Answer questions about mortgage payments, escrow, payoffs, and accounts
• Manage both inbound and outbound customer calls

• Connect homeowners with the appropriate internal resources
• Deliver dependable service while meeting quality and customer satisfaction goals

• Two or more years of recent high-volume contact center experience
• Experience managing inbound and outbound calls
• Consistent employment history and dependable attendance
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong communication, customer service, and problem-solving abilities
• Confidence learning new systems and working with different customer personalities

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Phoenix, AZ.

The pay range for this position is $19.50 - $20.50/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
