Frontline Consultants & Contracting is expanding into Tucson and we are looking to hire two motivated Office Administrators to help support our growing team.
We operate in a fast-paced roofing and restoration industry, so we’re looking for individuals who are organized, energetic, and dependable. This position is key to keeping our jobs running smoothly between homeowners, project managers, and insurance companies.
Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls from homeowners
- Communicate with insurance companies regarding claims and documentation
- Schedule inspections and appointments for project managers
- Send estimates and documents to customers
- Follow up with homeowners and adjusters
- Keep job files organized and updated
- Provide excellent customer service and help move projects forward
Requirements:
- Strong communication and phone skills
- Organized and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable and punctual
- Positive, energetic attitude
- Customer service or office experience preferred
