We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Commission-Based Sales Representative focused on local outreach to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for expanding our market presence through strategic territory management and lead generation, utilizing various sales techniques and CRM tools to achieve growth objectives. Responsibilities
- Visit local businesses and speak directly with owners or decision-makers
- Introduce Frontline’s services and distribute branded flyers
- Collect and submit qualified leads
- Convert interested leads into paying clients
- Represent Frontline professionally in the field
- Track daily activity and leads submitted
Compensation
- 15% commission on all closed deals you generate
- $25 per qualified lead (verified)
Monthly Bonuses:
- 10 qualified leads → $250 bonus
- 20 qualified leads → $500 bonus
- 10 closed sales → $750 bonus
No cap on earnings
What We’re Looking For
- Strong communication and people skills
- Confidence speaking with business owners
- Reliable, organized, and self-motivated
- Comfortable with in-person, door-to-door style outreach
- Sales experience is a plus (but not required)
- Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining motivation and discipline
