San Antonio School is located in the community of Bissett, which is a 256 km drive northeast of Winnipeg. Bissett is a mining community with an operational gold mine and is positioned on the shores of Rice Lake at the entrance of Nopiming Provincial Park. The town offers such services as a store and restaurant, outdoor rink, baseball diamond, beach, campground, curling rink, community hall and more.

- Bachelor of Education Degree and valid Manitoba Teaching Certificate (or eligibility for)
- Master's degree in education/administration and/or Certificate in School Leadership would be an asset
- At least five years of teaching experience and five years of administrative experience
- Previous success with development and implementation of short and long-term school-based plans
- A sound knowledge and experience with school-based technology
- Knowledge of Indigenous Way of Life (considered an asset)
- Experience working in a northern community (considered an asset)
