Duties
Customer Service
- Greet customers and take orders accurately
- Provide a welcoming and positive customer experience
- Handle customer questions and basic concerns professionally
Beverage & Food Preparation
- Prepare coffee, espresso drinks, and food items according to recipes
- Maintain consistency in quality, taste, and presentation
- Follow portioning and product standards
Store Operations
- Operate POS system and handle transactions accurately
- Maintain cleanliness of workstations, dining areas, and equipment
- Restock supplies and ingredients as needed
Team Support
- Work collaboratively with team members during shifts
- Follow direction from Lead Shift and management
- Assist with opening, closing, and side work duties
Food Safety & Cleanliness
- Follow health and safety guidelines
- Properly store, label, and handle food and beverages
