Mac Haik Restaurant Group is opening a fresh coffee concept in Houston and is seeking friendly, dependable, and passionate Baristas to join our New Restaurant Opening (NRO) team at Maggie’s Coffee. This is a unique opportunity to help launch a coffee bar from the ground up—bringing hospitality, quality, and warmth to every cup.

• Previous barista or customer service experience preferred.
• Passion for coffee and interest in learning more about coffee preparation.
• Strong multitasking and communication skills.
• Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented.
• Valid Food Handler Certificate required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be available Monday–Friday,  6:30 AM – 3:30 PM.

• Prepare espresso drinks, brewed coffee, teas, and specialty beverages to company standards.
• Warm, plate, and serve light food menu items with care and consistency.
• Greet guests warmly and provide excellent service and menu guidance.
• Operate the POS system and process payments accurately.
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation and coffee bar.
• Restock inventory and monitor product freshness throughout the shift.
• Assist with opening and closing duties, including cleaning and equipment checks.
• Follow all health, sanitation, and safety guidelines.
• Handle guest concerns professionally and promote a team-oriented environment.
