Responsibilities:

• Ensure that all vacant resident rooms are ready for a new move in
• Assist in ensuring all AZDHS regulations are met
• Assist in ensuring all county health department standards are met as assigned by Maintenance Director
• Transport residents in company vehicle to shopping, entertainment, medical appointments, etc.
• Preform pre-trip inspections of tire, brakes, lights, suspension system, and mirrors as required by State and Federal law.
• Ensures that the interior and the exterior of the bus is clean.
• Maintain logs of trip inspections, preventative maintenance logs, and maintenance records for community vehicle.
• Assist residents in and out of vehicle which includes the use of a wheelchair lift, when needed.
• Responsible for performing general housekeeping duties in resident apartments and common areas that includes but not limited to dusting, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning bathrooms, and emptying trash
• Ensure that the community is kept clean and sanitized at all times by following the housekeeping schedule designed for the community
• Ensures all vacated and model apartments are "show-ready"
• Maintains housekeeping cart and laundry room(s) in a clean and orderly manner

Required Qualifications:

• Must possess an upbeat, positive, flexible and enthusiastic personality and be congenial with fellow team members, residents and the general public at large
• Must be honest, dependable, and exhibit unwavering integrity
• Must have the ability to use own judgement and initiate daily activities
• Ability to multi-task and in a fast pace environment and perform a variety of tasks, often changing assignments on short notice
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Contribute to an incredible customer service experience
• Ability to relate well to residents and their families
• Self-motivated, organized and professional. Have a neat, professional, courteous manner and appearance
• Maintain a safe driving record according to Company guidelines.
• Must possess a current CPR/First Aid certificate and update as needed
• Must be drug free and submit to drug screening upon hire and routinely
• Must be able to pass a criminal background check upon hire and as required by state regulations
