Housekeeper

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Housekeeper to join our team and help create a clean, comfortable, and welcoming environment for our residents or guests. Duties

• Perform thorough cleaning of hotel rooms and rental trailers, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and disinfecting surfaces to ensure hygiene standards are met.
• Handle laundry duties such as washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and clothing with care.
• Maintain cleanliness of common areas, hallways, bathrooms, kitchens, and other shared spaces by performing regular sanitation procedures.
• Care for floors through sweeping, mopping, carpet cleaning, and floor polishing to preserve their appearance and safety.
• Restock supplies such as toiletries, cleaning products, linens, and towels to ensure availability for residents or guests.
• Follow all safety protocols related to sanitation and cleaning procedures to promote a safe environment for everyone.
• Provide friendly customer service by responding promptly to requests or concerns from residents or guests with professionalism and courtesy.
• Manage custodial tasks efficiently in both residential settings and commercial environments like hotels or offices.
• Assist with special cleaning projects or deep cleans as needed to maintain high standards of cleanliness throughout the property.

Skills

• Proven experience in residential cleaning, hotel housekeeping, or custodial roles with a strong understanding of sanitation practices.
• Expertise in various cleaning techniques including carpet cleaning, floor care, and sanitation procedures.
• Ability to perform laundry duties accurately while maintaining fabric integrity.
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
• Knowledge of janitorial equipment operation and proper use of cleaning chemicals.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to work efficiently independently or as part of a team.
• Experience in housekeeping management or supervising cleaning staff is a plus.
• Familiarity with commercial cleaning standards and protocols for maintaining hygiene in shared spaces. Pay: $19.00 - $22.00 per hour
