Role Description
We are seeking a full-time, experienced Concrete Finisher to join our on-site team in Taos, NM. The Concrete Finisher will be responsible for preparing construction sites, setting up and maintaining formwork, performing flatwork, finishing concrete surfaces, and operating necessary tools and equipment. This role requires attention to detail, efficiency, and adherence to safety protocols while working collaboratively with the construction crew.
Qualifications
- Experience with Power Tools and Heavy Equipment related to construction and concrete finishing
- Proficiency in Formwork and Flatwork, including preparation and finishing techniques
- Knowledge of basic Carpentry as related to concrete construction
- Ability to interpret blueprints, follow instructions accurately, and work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong physical stamina and ability to work in outdoor conditions
- Commitment to workplace safety and proper use of protective equipment
- Prior experience as a Concrete Finisher or in a related construction role is highly preferred
- Possession of a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation is a plus
