Job Summary
MBS Construction is seeking dependable and hardworking Construction Laborers to join our growing Concrete Division. This position will support concrete construction activities and other general construction tasks as needed. We are looking for individuals who are willing to work hard, learn new skills, and be part of a team that takes pride in quality work and getting the job done right.
Current work is located in the Dulce, New Mexico area, creating an opportunity for local candidates to work close to home. However, MBS Construction crews travel where the work is located, and future projects may require travel and working away from home during the week. Candidates should be comfortable with the possibility of traveling as project needs change.
Our standard schedule is four 10-hour days, Monday through Thursday, with occasional Friday overtime as needed. Construction work can be physically demanding and performed in a variety of weather conditions. We are looking for individuals who show up, work hard, support their teammates, and take pride in their work.

Responsibilities
- Assist with concrete construction activities including forming, reinforcing, placing, finishing, and cleanup.
- Load, unload, move, and organize materials, tools, and equipment.
- Perform general labor duties to support construction operations.
- Assist equipment operators, crew leads, and supervisors as directed.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized jobsite.
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
- Work effectively as part of a team to meet project goals and schedules.
- Perform physical labor including lifting, carrying, digging, shoveling, and other construction-related tasks.
- Support other construction activities as needed outside of concrete work.
Requirements
- Construction experience preferred but not required.
- Concrete construction experience is a plus.
- Strong work ethic and dependable attendance.
- Ability to perform physically demanding work for extended periods.
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- Willingness to learn new skills and take direction from supervisors and crew leaders.
- Reliable transportation to and from designated reporting locations.
- Ability to work four 10-hour shifts Monday through Thursday, with occasional Friday overtime.
- Ability to travel for future projects as business needs require.
