Position Details:
- Overview: Do you enjoy working behind the scenes on the computer investigating and correcting denial claims in medical billing in order to receive payment? Join our billing team as a Billing AR Specialist!
- Job Title: RCM AR Specialist
- Location: Re.mo.te Opportunities Available
- Typical Schedule: Part time varied, flexible schedule Mondays – Fridays, 8:00am – 5:00pm PST, not exceeding 25 hours weekly
- 401k - employer matching up to 4%

- Prior experience specifically in Medical AR Billing strongly preferred
- Preferred, but not required experience using ModMed
- HS Diploma, GED; or 1-3 years related healthcare experience and/or medical billing training
- Our AR billers must be comfortable in a fast paced environment; must have strong understanding of medical insurance, working denied claims/appeals, be comfortable contacting insurance companies and patients, and multitasking from multiple electronic clinical programs and websites
- Our AR billers must have exceptional customer service skills, excellent data entry skills, and be very detail oriented. See our mission below!
