Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Teacher role based in Hamburg, NY. The Teacher will be responsible for designing and implementing lesson plans that meet curriculum standards, delivering engaging educational experiences to diverse learners, and evaluating student progress. Additional responsibilities include fostering a positive classroom environment, communicating with students, parents, and colleagues, and participating in professional development and faculty meetings.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Lesson Planning and curriculum development
- Strong foundation in Education principles and teaching methodologies
- Effective Communication skills, both written and verbal
- Experience in teaching and facilitating Training sessions
- Demonstrated ability to adapt to diverse learning needs and classroom environments
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, subject-related field, or a teaching certification
- Knowledge of state education standards and teaching practices
- Experience with classroom technology and digital learning tools is a plus
