Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate and energetic Teacher to inspire and nurture young learners in a dynamic educational environment. Duties

• Develop and implement comprehensive curriculum plans aligned with early childhood education standards, including literacy education, math, physical education, and Montessori methods where applicable.
• Create a stimulating classroom environment that promotes active learning, positive behavior management, and social-emotional development.
• Deliver engaging lessons tailored to diverse learning styles and developmental stages of children from toddlers to preschool age.
• Utilize effective classroom management techniques to maintain discipline and foster a respectful, inclusive atmosphere.
• Conduct assessments and standardized testing to monitor progress and identify areas for improvement; provide tutoring or additional support as needed.
• Collaborate with parents and guardians through regular communication about child welfare, progress reports, and developmental milestones.
• Incorporate special education strategies and early intervention techniques to support children with unique needs or learning challenges.
• Manage daily childcare routines such as diapering, feeding, nap times, and outdoor activities while ensuring safety at all times.
• Engage in ongoing professional development related to childhood development, behavior management, literacy education, and Montessori practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or a related field; additional certifications in special education or Montessori teaching are preferred.
• Proven classroom experience working with children in preschool or daycare settings; experience with toddlers is highly valued.
• Strong knowledge of childhood development principles, behavior management strategies, and classroom management techniques.
• Familiarity with curriculum development for early learners across multiple domains including literacy, math, physical education, and social skills.
• Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with parents, colleagues, and students’ families.
• Ability to adapt lesson plans for children with diverse needs and learning styles; experience with special education or early intervention programs is a plus.
• Demonstrated commitment to child welfare and creating a safe, nurturing environment conducive to learning.
