Wage Range: $18.59 - $36.85 per hour
Summary
Follows established safety practices and procedures and when needed be able to work in all types of weather. Must possess ability to learn to drive and operate digger truck and trailer, and to be able to obtain the required CDL driver's license by the end of their qualifying period.
Duties include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Lifting tools and ladders;
- Climbing ladders and poles;
- Work from heights;
- Work from a bucket;
- Work in confined spaces;
- Handle all necessary materials and supplies;
- Manually pull and install cable plant.
- May be required to perform additional duties and tasks as required by the Company.
- Maintain and construct all outside plant to meet quality standards and Company policies as well as perform any other duties as assigned.
- Must interact with work forces to coordinate and disseminate information to complete job assignments and other sections to attain Company service objectives.
- Must maintain a professional image, support and participate in promotion of Company products.
- Must support and participate in promotion of Company products.
- Must be able to demonstrate the basic usage of a computer (laptop) with Company provided training by the end of the qualifying period as well as attend and pass any other training schools as assigned by the Company.
