Frontera Search Partners is recruiting a Clinical Psychologist – Marquette, Michigan for a full-time behavioral health opportunity serving patients in Michigan’s Upper Peninsula.

This role is designed for a psychologist who enjoys clinical assessment work but also appreciates variety in how and where care is delivered. Marquette will serve as the primary location, with some travel expected as part of the position. Depending on operational and patient needs, portions of the schedule may also be completed through telehealth.

Clinical Psychologist Schedule and Setting

Responsibilities

The Clinical Psychologist will provide behavioral health services within the scope of the assignment. Responsibilities may include:

• Conduct behavioral health interviews and psychological evaluations
• Review available medical and behavioral health records
• Obtain relevant clinical, psychosocial, and behavioral histories
• Assess symptoms, functioning, and other relevant psychological factors
• Document clinical findings clearly and accurately
• Complete required reports and supporting documentation
• Maintain timely and complete clinical records
• Provide services at designated locations when travel coverage is needed
• Participate in telehealth services when appropriate and available
• Communicate professionally with patients, clinical teams, and operational staff
• Maintain confidentiality and appropriate professional standards across in-person and virtual settings

Qualifications

Required

• Qualified to practice as a Psychologist within the scope of the assignment
• Ability and willingness to work full-time
• Ability to travel when required for scheduled coverage
• Comfortable providing services through telehealth when included in the schedule
