Who We’re Looking For
Experienced Agents:
- Hold an active Ohio real estate license
- Have a history of closing at least 12 real estate transactions in the past 12 months
- Want to grow within a system that supports high performance and continuous improvement
Newly Licensed Agents:
- Recently obtained an Ohio real estate license
- Ready to learn, grow, and contribute to a dynamic team environment
- Motivated to launch a long-term career with guidance and mentorship
What You’ll Do
- Represent buyers and sellers with professionalism, responsiveness, and care
- Use our platform and tools to list, market, and close transactions efficiently
- Participate in networking, local outreach, and ongoing client follow-up
