Job Description
Front Row Motorsports is seeking a driven and motivated New Business Manager to support the growth of the organization by identifying, prospecting, and securing new partnership opportunities across its NASCAR teams.
This role will focus on daily outbound prospecting, relationship building, and networking with brands that align with Front Row Motorsports, its drivers, and the NASCAR fanbase. The New Business Manager will also support research, reporting, and the development of sales and marketing materials to help advance partnership discussions.
The ideal candidate is self-sufficient, forward-thinking, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. This position works closely with the Director of New Business and collaborates cross-functionally with the marketing and communications teams.
Travel could include up to 8-10 weekends per year.
Duties and Responsibilities
· Research target categories
· Develop strategic outreach
· Prospect and pitch potential partners using industry leading sales software tools
· Create, update, and maintain new business sales collateral
· Assist with the creation of marketing and performance reports for current partners
· Attend client meetings and support at-track hosting for current and prospective FRM partners
· Support the Marketing team with race weekend schedules and partner hospitality as needed
Skills & Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field
· Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
· Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite preferred
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

· Entry level sales experience encouraged but not required
