ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
The duties listed below are essential functions of the position that must be performed to effectively perform the position in at least an acceptable manner as defined by Front Porch. In the future, other duties may be assigned and considered essential functions of the position:
- Collects, deposits, and processes all Accounts Receivable every month.
- Collects, processes, and remits all Accounts Payable documentation regularly scheduled monthly.
- Maintains current Emergency Contact Sheets for all Residents.
- Maintains vendor contracts and work orders and ensures repairs are completed satisfactorily before payment.
- Performs or arranges to be performed required security, maintenance, custodial, upkeep, or reconditioning of property as specified in management services or lessee’s agreement, as necessary to ensure a safe living environment
- Performs or arranges for the renovation of dwelling units upon vacancy and ensures that the unit is ready for new residents by the scheduled move-in date to ensure minimal vacancy loss.
- Prepares a periodic, at least quarterly, inventory of building contents and property condition and forwards the listing to the Operations Supervisor for review.
- Interior audits of all dwelling units are conducted at least semi-annually to ensure the safety of the residents.
- Addresses resident complaints, aids in problem-solving, responds to emergencies, and takes appropriate remedial action.
- Performs all other related duties as assigned.
