Duties
- Prepare and cook hibachi and teppanyaki dishes with precision, flair, and attention to detail, ensuring each plate meets high-quality standards.
- Perform live cooking demonstrations on the grill, engaging guests with entertaining and interactive culinary displays.
- Plan menus that highlight fresh ingredients, seasonal flavors, and creative presentation to enhance the dining experience.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and cooking stations in compliance with food safety regulations.
- Handle food preparation tasks such as chopping vegetables, marinating meats, and portioning ingredients efficiently.
- Ensure proper food handling techniques are followed at all times to uphold hygiene standards.
- Collaborate with front-of-house staff to deliver seamless service, including serving dishes directly to guests when appropriate.
