About the Role
Front Page Agency Inc. is currently hiring an Entry Level Sales Manager as part of our May hiring expansion in Arlington, TX. This role is ideal for individuals seeking hands-on experience in sales leadership, business development, team management, and operations. Selected candidates will work directly with experienced managers and receive daily mentorship focused on leadership development, sales strategy, and operational growth. Due to our rapid expansion, individuals who demonstrate strong performance, professionalism, and leadership ability can expect accelerated advancement opportunities into senior management roles. This position includes a performance-based compensation structure with projected first-year earnings exceeding $100,000 for top-performing individuals.
Responsibilities
- Participate in face-to-face sales and customer acquisition campaigns
- Learn and execute sales and marketing strategies for telecommunications clients
- Assist with team leadership, performance tracking, and operational support
- Attend daily leadership meetings, workshops, and professional development trainings
- Develop communication, leadership, and management skills through hands-on experience
- Support expansion efforts throughout the Dallas–Fort Worth market
Qualifications

Pay range and compensation package
Projected first-year earnings of $100,000 based on performance. This position includes a performance-based compensation structure with uncapped earning potential.
