What You Will Be Trained To Do

Over a structured three to eight month development track you will gain real world experience in:

• Driving customer acquisition and revenue growth for telecom clients through direct sales campaigns

• Learning consultative selling techniques to identify client needs, present solutions, and close sales

• Managing sales pipelines, tracking conversion metrics, and improving close rates

• Executing face to face sales presentations and account activations

• Analyzing sales data, market trends, and customer behavior to optimize campaign performance

• Coaching and developing entry level sales representatives on performance and productivity

• Leading sales meetings, trainings, and daily performance reviews

• Coordinating logistics and field execution to maximize territory coverage and results

• Consulting clients on market penetration, customer retention, and expansion strategies

Each day includes structured morning training, live field execution, and daily performance evaluations to accelerate leadership development.
