Front Page Agency (FPA) is expanding across Arizona, and we're looking for ambitious, results-driven individuals to join our growing team as Account Executives.
As the telecommunications industry evolves through the Spectrum and Cox Communications merger, FPA is supporting customer acquisition and market development initiatives throughout Arizona.
This is an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a rapidly growing industry while building a long-term career in sales, account management, and business leadership.
We're looking for individuals who are competitive, motivated, and eager to develop the skills necessary to advance into leadership and management positions.
No previous telecommunications experience is required. We provide hands-on training and ongoing professional development.
Key Responsibilities
- Represent Spectrum telecommunications services through face-to-face customer engagement and sales campaigns.
- Support customer acquisition initiatives across Arizona's expanding telecommunications market.
- Educate prospective customers on internet services, available packages, and promotional offers.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships while delivering exceptional service.
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate telecommunications solutions.
- Manage daily sales activities, customer interactions, and acquisition goals.
- Collaborate with leadership to execute market expansion strategies.
- Participate in ongoing sales coaching, professional development, and leadership training.

Compensation & Benefits
- $700 weekly base guarantee or commission earnings, whichever is greater, subject to the employment compensation agreement.
- $200 per qualifying customer acquisition, subject to approval and commission eligibility requirements.
