This role is designed as a training position that prepares individuals for future consulting and management roles within our organization.
Position Overview
You will be trained on how to generate revenue for a client, understand consumer behavior, and apply business strategy in the field. Our program teaches you how sales, marketing strategy, and operational consulting work together to grow a company.
This is not a desk job. It is a hands-on learning role where you develop practical business skills that most graduates never receive.
Daily Duties
• Work directly with customers regarding telecom services
• Generate new business and support client market share growth
• Present service options and answer customer questions
• Track acquisition and retention metrics
• Attend daily team training and coaching sessions
• Assist senior consultants with territory development
Training Program
FPA provides structured internal training covering:
• Sales fundamentals
• Client representation
• Communication and negotiation
• Performance analysis
• Team leadership and management skills
Successful trainees move into:
Senior Consultant → Team Lead → Assistant Manager → Manager
